Problems with RRAS

I get the fallowing 2 event ID's when I try to start the Routing and Remote Access Service

I get event ID 20152 and 7024

The currently configured authentication provider failed to load and initialize successfully. The specified procedure could not be found.

The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 127 (0x7F).
