Problems with RMON

We have a cisco 2621. We were in ROMMON mode and we changed a register in a wrong way. After it the boot router appears with strange characters. The question is how we can reset the registers to manufacturer initial config?

try different baud speeds in your terminal program. keeping changing it until you find the one where the characters are 'normal'. From there, change the config register back to 0x2102.
