problems with reports

i would to pass 3 parameters from forms to reports, the problem is :the third parameter didn't pass, in fact the parameter in forms has the same type and size with the parameter in reports. if i run reports directly this parameter appears in the list of parameter, if i run from forms it don't appear.
plz help me, it's important.
