Hi!
I am running BE 9.0 for Windows Servers and I am encountering strange errors when backing up our NT domain server via the BE Remote Agent and using the Advanced Open File Option. I am unable to backup successfully users' home directories. Some are backed up successfully but the rest are not. They are shared directories and are being selected as such in the selectioon list.
Here are the errors I'm getting:
Backup - \\Domain_server\PJackson
OFO: Snapshot error (0X46b): A potential deadlock condition has been detected.
OFO:Error during backup. Set has been cancelled.
Backup - \\Domain_server\QA
Directory \\Domain_server\QA\ was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up
I've checked security rights and they are OK. If it was a security rights problem then the other home directories would not have been backed up successfully.
What the heck is going on? How can I resolve this problem. Is it the AOFO? Does it need further fine tuning?
Your help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
