Problems with rcmdsrv.nlm !!

Has anybody seen before that rcmdsrv.nlm is running a second time ?
We have had this phenomenon today. The Netware 5.1 box has had a utilization of 90% because rcmdsrv ran 2 times.
The NetWare 5.1 box is running client ver. 4.15.
So far Backup and recovery both worked fine, but trying
to to unload one of the nlm´s force the Server to open
a second console, after that he experiences a critical error.

There is a TSA500 Patch available from Novell: ts5up8.exe
Also you may try Client 4.20 (disable Open File Support)
