Problems with quality of imported WAV

Hello Guys and Gals

I have a problem i havn't faced before.....

I have imported a Wav file. When I test the file within the library it is the same perfect quality it was when exported from SoundForge.

However, when I test movie the quality sucks ! Sounds like all the high EQ has gone.

It is a 16bit 44kHz sound that should be CD quality

Any ideas why this might be ???

Maybe your compression settings need a tweak - right click on the sound in the library and you can alter the export settings there Also in the Publish Settings there is a checkbox to override the default sound output format (default is 16kbps).

I converted the Vav to a MP3 and now it works fine !

Looks like i@m not gonna be using Wavs anymore
