For some reason, when I preview my report, on some pages the last 3 or 4 records at the bottom of one page will print at the top of the next page. I do not have duplicate records in my database, so I don't understand why this is happening. Anything I can check??

The title says problems with print, the post says preview?

How have you determined that you don't have duplicates?

What version of Crystal, and what connectivity are you using for whatever database (what version?) you're using. Connectivity might be key here.

You can probably copy and paste the SQL generated by Crystal into your SQL tool to see what's being returned there.

Please post technical information when requesting technical assistance.

The data is coming from an Access database. I have double-checked the database and the items that are duplicating are only in the database once. I am running Crystal Reports v.9.

What connectivity are you using for the database?

Try changing to an ODBC data source, or if you're using ODBC, try native.

You can also sleect Datbase->Select Distinct records to try to eliminate dupes, if they truly are.
