Problems with print margins from a report

I've already emailed the printer support team, but I thought someone in this forum may have a good suggestion or two.

I'm trying to print from an Access report to an Okidata Pacemark 3410 impact printer. I'm trying to print track-fed 8 1/2 x 11 manifests, and my margins are way off. I can't set the margins in the Access report page setup window to the margins needed to print correctly on the printer (limits me to .4 on top and right margins, any smaller and it defaults back to .4 or so). The margins I have print precisely to a regular deskjet printer. Any ideas on how to work around this problem?

Hi,
Have you contacted Okidata technical support for this problem? As you know, Access can send any margin to the printer, but if the printer itself doesn't allow anything less than .5, then Access can't do anything about it.
