Problems with POTS on IP403

Hi!!

I have a network with more than 10 IP Office 403 working normally, but in the last days, they have been failing the POT number 2 in 4 equipments, they dont have tone, and they cant recieve or make any call?

Have you ever had this kind of problem?

Yes

But in our case its a Phone 30 or 16 and you have no dial tone on the port if you turn the power off and on it clears its self and is OK for another two or so months.

Are you a test site for 3.0? That is a known issue that was fixed in 3.0.14

But.. i have tried it and the pot 2 continue with the same problem, i thing that is damaged, but what a coincidence that 4 IP office have the same problem.........

What version are you using?

kflounders, I've got 3.0.12, but not .14. When did that come out? Maybe that will fix the repeated reboots I get. Also my analog CLID displays name, but not number.

v3.0(14) Has been available for over 2 weeks.
If you are running a trial site (or even in house test bed) you need to check the trialsiter FTP server on a regular basis for updates, the NPI guys sometimes forget to anounce a new build.
