Problems with OWA

We are currently running Exchange server 5.5 sp 4 and Windows NT 4.0 sp 6a. We have Outlook Web Acess running. When one of users is trying to put in a contact he recieves the following error message

your message body is to large. OWA only supports message bodies up to 100k. Please create a new message with a smaller size. Save your edits & paste them into the new message.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this.
