Problems with OWA and exchange2k

I am running sbs2k with exchange2k. Every time I login to OWA to check my e-mail from home I get a second login window that asks me to key in the username, password and domain. Note: on my IIS5.0, the security setting are set as fallows:

Anonymouse is checked.
Basic auth is also checked.
and
Digest Auth is also checked.
nothing more.

Why does the second window pop up. Am I missing a step. This is very anoying. Can some please help I greatly appreciate it.

I had the same problem, but only when adding the username to the URL.
When using

http://mailserver.etc/exchange/

it would only ask for one logon but when using

http://mailserver.etc/exchange/username

it would ask for two logons. God knows why!
