Problems with Outlook Contacts to Access 1

I tried to copy all of my Outlook Contacts into an access table. I used the “Get External Data” and had the wizard make a table for me, but it only copied 15 of my 54 contacts into the table. I noticed that it only picked up the contacts that have e-mail addresses. Some businesses don’t have email addresses. Is their anyway around this??

Why not link to the Outlook tables. That way your data will be forever current. There is an add-in/file on the Microsoft website that will let you do the linking. Works fine. Growth follows a healthy professional curiosity
