Problems with outbound calling - Line is busy

Hi,

I have a problem with the SOE 4T-8A-3VC (ver. 2.1.27).
When the users call they must call more than once, otherwise it always does busy tone. Usually I have a success call every 4th or 5th time. Inbound calls works ok. Customer has 1 BRI ISDN, both, inbound/outbound line have Line ID 0.

Phones are 4620 & 4602 (SW ver. latest, from AdminCD 2.1.27)


Telecom says that nothing is wrong with a line, but I'm not so sure... Any ideas whats wrong?

Have you ensured that the analog CO Lines on the SOE are not set to ID0??

If the analog lines have ID0, the SOE tries to use them on outbound calls. Unused ISDN2 lines should also have other ID than 0
 
I've assigned different Line ID for unused trunks and it works now! Thanks...
