Problems with OpenScape Personal Edition V7

Hello,
I am unable to configure OSPE for the virtualized OpenScape 4000 V10. I install OSPE software on a laptop with a GSM module and VPN. With this laptop, I access and administer the entire OS4K VoIP network.
I described the AMO SBCSU subscriber as a simple HFA subscriber.
I get the following error when starting OSPE:

Profile settings:

Where:
172.18.0.20 - vHG board IP address
91111 - subscriber number.
I found nothing more. What could be the cause of this error?
