Problems with offline after adding 2nd Exchange

Ever since I added a second exchange server to the company, I get this error message in outlook when the offline folders are syncronized.

Any ideas why the offline address book is having problems? I haven't done anything special to configure the second server. I just installed and verified that users in the second mail server can send and receive files. Is there anything special I need to do? Would having 2 active GC cause this?
