Problems with Nortel Contivity installation completion

After installation of the Nortel Contivity client provided by my company, and rebooting as instructed, I continue to get the phrase "you must reboot after installing the Contivity VPN client. Please reboot your system" AT&T VPN is installed at the same time however is not needed as I have DSL connection. This problem occurs with or without the AT&T installed. I have a Netgear DSL VPN Firewall and Spreadstream DSL by SBC. The operating system is Windows XP. Please help
 
Nortel VPN client does not work well with other vpn clients installed.
Uninstall the AT&T vpn client and the Nortel client.After pc reboots check the services folder to see if any vpn services are running(should not be any running if clients are uninstalled.
You SHOULD now have a successful Nortel Contivity installation.
