problems with network what switched over from 10 Mb to 100 Mb!!

I’ve got a network from 10 Mb and I’m switched over to a switched network from 100 Mb. Now are there a couple of pc’s that with the new 100 Mb network much slower works, especially with DOS programs. The question is: how can did?

Specifications:

Client pc’s works with Windows 98 SE
Serversystem: Lantastic 8.0
3Com 3C905 networkcards with new drivers, the configuration of these networkcards stands on automatically
3Com 16 ports switch (3C16792)
