Problems with NetWare-Agent, Backup Exec 8.6

Hi,

we've got following problem: When trying to start the NetWare Agent with
'bestart' we receive an error message

"This is not enough memory to run Backup Exec
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Validation of system memory resources has failed
System environment validation has completed

Press <Alt+Esc> to return to the Server Console. After you resolve
the error condition(s), re-execute the BESTART command.
Validating system memory resources
Cache boundaries are 65%High - 40%Medium - 20%Low
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: 1010

11% of the cache buffers on the server are currently available.
This is not enough memory to run Backup Exec

But there ist enough memeroy!
We are currently running Netware 6 without IPX
BE 8.60 Rev. 3878 on W2K Server SP2
