problems with Ms Office 2000 after installing Autocad2002

I have a problem with my Ms Office2000 after installing Autocad 2002. The programs from Office do start, but after a few seconds the programs from office close automatically. So I can't use them anymore.
What can be the reason for this?????

Try re-installing Office.
And if possible on a different directory. Jay~

What about re-installing ACAD!!! (and try a different directory and if possible a different drive!) Jay~

But if you reinstall microsoft office, it'll mess with autocad VBA, and it won't work anymore.

Hi,
Are you running the two (ACAD and which program? WORD, EXCEL??) simultaneously or does it act different without ACAD running? Are you talking about VBA or just running the office App by itself?

I have just has the same problem myself. After the installation of AutoCAD, with or without it running (CAD) All office programs close down immediately after loading. I have tried to reinstall office to a different directory after uninstalling it but that action was unsuccessfull (program would error when I tried)

Any possible sugestions would be greatly appreciated
