Help!

I have a database which I created using MS Access 2000 9.0.3821 SR-1 under Win NT 4.0.

I recently went to WIN 2K using the same version of MS Access. Now my reports created before show no numerical values - none! I can't even create new ones - refuses to display numerical values such as dates etc...

Anyone ever heard of this?

Hi!

It could be you're suffering from a corrupted database. If so, follow these steps:

Run Access from the command line, using the /decompile option.

MSACCESS YourDB.mdb /DECOMPILE

Access will start and load your database, removing all compiled parts of your project. Save the database and quit Access.

Start Access again, and open your database, compile it, then quit and restart Access.
This should "clean up" any corrupted parts, if that's the problem.
