Hello Guys

I hope you can help me. My company have a Avaya ipoffice 500 v2 running 9.1.900.182.
In incoming call there is a route directly to a user with mobile twinning activated. When i call the number the twinning works, but the number on my cellphone shows 0 infront of the incoming call number.

We use 0 to call outside.

so instead showing number 66666666 it shows 066666666

Can anyone help? :) sorry for my shitty english :-D

sounds like you programmed a prefix of 0 on the line itself, this is needed for calling back from the call logs

I bet if you look here on your T1 you will find 0 has been entered
