Problems with MM Subscriber Admin

On MM 3 and storing the messages in our Exchange 2003 stores (so we use AD users and computers to modify mm client settings) I am having a weird problem. Since installing PCAnywhere, one of our administrators now gets an error stating "You are not configured as a MM subscriber administrator for the voice mail domain." Removed pcanywhere, problem still exists. Any suggestions?

PC Anywhere was installed on the subscribers Admin's PC. No other subscriber admins are having this problem. This happened once before and the subscriber admin reloaded his pc and claims the problem was fixed until he reinstalled PCAnywhere.
