Problems with MKimage

Hi:

When I try to make a Backup of my HD with the MKIMAGE I get the next error:

UX : idmkunix : ERROR : FILE : /etc/conf/cf.d/sdevice.new.
UX : idmkunix : ERROR : Wrang number of fields in system file.
The backup canont be completed due to an erre in the Kernot reconfiguration. Please correct the error and try again . If the error occurs again, contact your LICENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


any idea?
