Problems with Manager vs VM Pro synchro

We are using IP Office 6.1(12) and VM Pro 6.1 (17).

If I change a name in the NAME feild in the manager, it doesn't replicate in VM Pro.

Any idea where to look?
 
No it use the Name field under the User tab.
 
VMPro will create a new mailbox.

How come in my lab, if I rename a user, it automaticaly change the Folder name in the Account Folder of the VM Pro?
 
Beacause you probably change both "Name" and "Full Name" fields, "Name" is what the mailbox is generated against etc "Full Name" is what used by Dial by Name, :)

BTW the docs are wrong in places, it's the Full Name that's used for caller ID not the Name as the help files say :)

unless of course you dont have the Full Name field filled out then it just uses the Name field ;-)

Hi, I'm working with infpar

I've compare our lab and productions servers (both 6.1(17))

Lab is working well, Names are renammed (Yes, it did't create new mailbox but realy rename it)

on the producion server problem seem to happen since microsoft updates.

I'm running debug on production server and cannot find:
DevIO::UpdatesComplete like on our lab server after the IPO updates sequences.

Any Idea ? I will try to reinstall it tonight

I've reinstall it and work like a charm.

It rename mailbox and all stuff linked with it

Oups, that reinstall didn't work.

TFTP DEVIO process stop working near 5 or 6 AM

I will try to restart vmpro service at 6 but i can't see any error into the event log. No planned task at this our

We have 2 system install that is working and
2 system that not working with same version, same os, same hardware

I reinstall one server yesteray and reimport just mailbox and modules to check if database was corrupted but have the same error

where 10.51.208.150 is our voicemail pro server

Any idea ?
