I disabled a user account 13 months ago and when i enabled it again, the user can´t access it's mailbox. Error message saying something like "You're not authorized to logon".
You might have to reconnect the user to his mailbox. If you drill down to the mailboxes in System Manager, find his account and right-click. If you need to reconnect it will be accessible. Otherwise it will be greyed out.
Did you try this right away? You may have not waited till AD replicated also...
