Problems with long filenames, Citrix and client floppy

We experience "strange problems" reading and writing files to client floppy and USB drives. Filenames may be in an 11.3 format... not longer. I've read about the same problem, only thes occured long time ago and I don't think they are valid any longer (never saw a solution however).
We use Windows 2003 servers and Citrix MPS3.0
Clients are Windows XP SP1

Urgent problem so quick relies would be helpfull !
