Problems with installation of Note Assistant 1.2

Hi Freaks,

I have a 46C system which was upgraded from 40B.
My Customer asked me to install Note Assistant. I have downloaded it from SAP and tried to install, but I got CANNOT_CREATE_COFILE error in SAINT.
I have tried the following things:
permissions of the relevant directories: OK
I have tried 3 version of TP and R3TRANS.
Support package level is OK.
CTO configured correctly.
I have downloaded 3 times the installation package to be sure, it is not corrupt.
I am using the latest SPAM/SAINT update(34).

Please help me, at the moment I have no more idea what to do.
