Problems with IEAK6 build Spanish Language

I am having problems making a custom internet explorer build in Spanish using IEAK6.

The install shows up in Spanish, but after installing the build on a machine with English OS (XP) IE is branded with the bmps and URLs I specified, but the browser's language is still English.

I even tried building it using the Spanish Language version of IEAK6.

The help file says "Your users can install a version of Internet Explorer that uses a language different from the language used by their operating system." So, I think it's possible to do.

Any ideas?

I do not think you can get there with IEAK.
You need to have a base install of XP US English, and use the MUI language packs; or install a localized Spanish version of XP.
