Problems with HP Autoloader in Veritas BE 9.1 on W2k3 x64

Hello,

I have installed Veritas BE 9.1 rev 4691 with Service Pack 5 on Windows 2003 Standard x64 Edition. I have connected HP Autoloader 1/8 with Compaq SDLT320 tape drive. Teh drive is visible in BE, but the autoloader didnt. In adamm.log I can see this:

I tried to find newest drivers, but I cant find anything for W2k3 server - i found only drivers for W2K. THese drivers I cannot install on W2K3 server.

I also try all possibilities in this doc:

I found, that the SCSIchanger service failed to load, but the procedure for recover this issue doesnt work.

I also found, that in HCL isnt exactly this combination of autoloader and drive, but there is HP Thinstor Autoldr with Quantum SDLT320 drive.

I also try to test Autoloader with HP Library and Tape Tools, and it works properly.

I really dont know, what to do else. Thenks for any hint to resolve this problem.

Backup Exec 9.1 is not supported on x64 platforms

Only backup exec 11d is supported as a media server on x64. Thats why the driver package wont load that contains support for the library.
