problems with h.323 gateway (I think)

I managed to setup h.323 gateway (1751 FXO --> PSTN) but when the call comes to phone I can’t do anything with it other then talk (can’t transfer, put call on hold, conference, every advanced option is dead).

Does FXO card have CLIP?
