Problems with Firewall 4.1

Hello I install teh FireWall 4.1 on RedHat 7.0 and the managment client on windows 2000, but the comunication cannot be establish, I got the error than the library libstdc++ doesn't find but the library is there, maybe there are incompatibles version of S.O.
Please need help
