problems with fingerprint

I have problems to load the fingerprint from an ELM-Server to the License-shop:

Errormessage:

"Initiate ELM license manager failed. Validating license file failed. Input Verification failed: Could not process this document, only LICENSE-BLOB documents are allowed (not LICENSE-KEYS, LICENSE-KEYS-INFO or LICENSE-BLOB-INFO documents)"

What can be a reason for that?
