problems with exporting (corel draw 11)

I have a 15"x10" book cover that I am trying to export to jpg and psd formats. I am facing the following problems:

1. It only gives me the bitmap option (not vector)

2. It resizes my output file to limit it to a letter-size page.

Any help in either problem will be appreciated.

JPG is only a bitmap format with lossy compression, exporting to another format may suit your needs better ie eps or pdf. Perhaps if you can describe your workflow or tha basic job you are doing we can help further.
