Problems with eps-files

Hello, I sent 12 designs to a client as eps-files, but they can't open one of them. When I attach the file to an e-mail, it looks fine and is in format filename.eps. They get it in format Attach0.ps and can't open it. What could be wrong?

Please help as soon as possible!

You should always send complex file formats zipped. Sending a loose file is asking for trouble. When zipped, files are protected from corruption or reinterpretation.

If that doesn't work, make sure you're using the same version of Illustrator as they are, and if you're using a more recent release, you may have to back-save the eps to an older format (File>Export>Illustrator Legacy eps, assuming you're using CS)
