Problems with email rules

Hi there,

I have small business server 03 running. Within exchange there is a Distribution group called 'Sales'. This has one member at the moment. To the outside world the address is sales@company.co.uk.

I need to be able to foward external emails that come to sales@company.co.uk to another internal member of staff. When I set the rule up to do this and send a test mail from google to sales@company.co.uk nothing happens. Any thoughts? Does this rule only work if the mail is sent internally to the sales distribution group. How do I forward these mails??
