Having multiple issues with email since migration last week. We have about 12 users with Exchange for internal mail and Outside mail we use pop mail. In our profile for mail, we have 1 accounts set up for each to send/receive email. We are having the following issues:

1. Error message sending to some addresses (I think any address who checks hard for reverse pointer records):
'user@snet.net' on 3/18/2005 3:06 PM
The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error on the server. Please contact your Administrator.
<production.MyDomain.local #5.3.0 smtp;553 5.3.0 ylpvm18,DNSBL:To request removal of, 64.252.81.28, send the complete error message in an E-mail to removeme@sbc.sbcglobal.net>

2. Also users are receiving multiple copies of some emails.

any advise would be appreciated, while we do not have a network admin onsite, I am knowledgable in this area and would like to try to figure this out.

A DNSBL is a blacklist. Your domain has found it's way onto an anti-spam list and you have to contact them at the email address provided to ask to be removed.

You should also check to make sure your system is not an open relay, and that none of your internal PCs are infected with a virus or spyware that would be sending out hundreds of email.
