Hi all,
if I try to dial a number over the OneX mobile essential Client it sometimes happens that some digits are dialed twice.
So if I try to dial 12345678 the system dials 1233455678 for example.
We have an IP Office 500V2 Release 8.1(69)
I'm using the following short code:
Code: #03xx
Function: FNE-Service
Telephonenumber: N
But it's not only an onex mobile essential problem, because I have the same problem if I try to dial xxxxxxx9900 which is directed to FNE-code #0300 from my mobile phone without onex mobile.
I think it's a problem with the incoming dtmf-tones, but I don't know if it's an IP Office problem or if the problem is on the mobile providers site.
Does anyone of you ever has this issue?
I did several testcalls and sysmon-traces of this calls. I always dialed +xxxxxxxxxxx9900 to get into the system and after that 012345678 to reach an external extension.
In only one of ten testcalls the number was dialed correctly.
At the other testcalls the number was dialed like 01234456678
Here is a small excerpt of a failure-sysmon-trace were the "9" is dialed twice:
