Problems with Default Group

Two times in this month the default group has appeared in running status, but the group has finished yet. The bootstrap has been sent by email to backup server administrator. When I´ve asked group details since networker window, appeared that bootstrap was incomplete. I couldn´t stop the group. The only way to stop it, it´s stopping Networker services. I´ve go out from graphical interface and go into again but the problem continued. The other groups have gone fine.

Windows 2000 with SP3
Networer 6.1.3 build 428

Do you have any idea why it´s happening this?.

Do you get any errors when you try and stop the Default group ?

I would guess that NW has problems backing up the media database. Can you run a check (nsrck) successfully ?
If not, you must recover a known good bootstrap (most likely not one of the last ones) using mmrecov.
