Problems with DECT

Hi,
My customer had problems with Panasonic kx-tg 2511 sx Dect phones and Avaya dect base station. All new phones are noisy and there is imposible to hear other end. Siemens phones registered to Avaya Dect station work with no problems. Where do I have to start troubleshooting?
