Problems with CT-Adapter and D4-Phone

After changing DBC3213 to DBC4223 the connected CT-Adapter does not work. Application is "hanging up". Any experiences?

Regarding CT-Adapter in conjunction with OPI I know, that D4-Phone must have a certain Release.
