Problems with Crystal Viewer Buttons!!!!

I have a J2EE app that is accessing Crystal Enterprise 9.0 and displaying a report with the Crystal Viewer in the browser. When the report comes up, none of the pictures for the toolbar buttons uptop are displayed.

1. I assume I need to set the path to the pictures, could anyone tell me how to do that???

2. When I try to go to the second page of a report, I get a NumberFormatException: null. Do I need to set a property to enable this functionality?
