Problems with conversion of the report in Excel

We are using Crystal Reports XI.
One of recently designed reports is well executed and delivered to my email in .rpt format.
But if I try to schedule it on CR Server for distribution in .xls, the error message appears:
Error Message: Fehler in Datei "D:\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\procSched\z005043.reportjobserver\~tmp6b066445ed5214d.rpt": Operation noch nicht implementiert.
Can somebody please advice?

Hi,
It appears that the 'Export to Excel' capability/option is not configured or installed on the CR server.
