Problems with Contivity 221 to 3050 setup

We are migrating Branch Office connections on the host side from our old Contivity 2600 to the 3050. Having a problem getting the tunnel to come up. The 3050 says the session state is at Phase1. The 221 confirms I have Phase1 IKE SA process done. However, I can't get the tunnel up and running. Any ideas?

Have exact same issue trying to get a 1050 to connect to the 3050 - getting to Phase1 state here too.
