I have a MOM server which try to collect performance data from the performance provider on the machine where it's installed.
I have put the MOM Action Account in the Performance Monitor Users group on the machine, but I still keep getting these errors:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Description:
The Microsoft Operations Manager performance provider could not access performance counters on computer momprod.xxxx.xxx
Microsoft Operations Manager will not monitor performance counters on this computer until they become available.

Error details: Access is denied.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Any tips on how to avoid these errors, or could I just ignore them if they come from the MOM machine itself?

The MOM Action Account is also member of local administrators
