problems with carriage return in Oracle´s Editor

In the Client Editor (EDIT_TEXTITEM)when user is writting and press return the cursor does not jump to the next line, but it close the editor's windows. The user only can writte the text in one line. However, in the computers of developers the editor work fine, but in the client's computers we have this problem.

The current configuration is:
developer: FORMS 6i
client: Runtime FORMS 6i
