I would appreciate anyone's ideas as to the source of the following problem and ideas on any solution :-
In our office we use Barclays Business Master II for electronic banking. More recently the following error messages have been displayed and subsequently Business Master closes.
"BBM24.exe has caused an error in kernel32.dll, BBM24.exe will now close"
and "BBM24.exe has caused an error in user.exe, BBM24.exe will now close"
The help desk say it is a cyruption within Windows, but i find this hard to believe as there seams to be a patern in the occurances of these messages.
For example this error has happened when trying to do an inter account transfer. The error message would always appear so long as the same value was entered into the transfer amount box, but once it is changed to a different value it proceeds without error.
Business Master is installed on two computers in the office and appears to encounter the same errors at the same stages.
The two computers are networked but the installations of the software are independant.
Thanks in anticipation.
