Here I dont have any physical phone, need to configure only the soft phone for 15 users. so I am trying to launch the Avaya user interface for IPOCC also in IPOCC i got error as : "there is no local telephony configured in workplace". Kindly advise. Thanks in advance

You need to have a softphone logged in on the extension you're trying to use, IPOCC requires an extension to control.
