Well here's the problem. I've just built a new rig based on the Asus a7n8x deluxe MB. I am using an Asus V9560 with video suite for my graphics. Every time I try to run the digital VCR I receive the same windows error that "a problem with Aususdvr.exe has occured" and then it asks me whether I want to send an error report in or not. Regardless of which option I choose the VCR program immediately bombs out. If I choose to ignore the error window and drag it off to one side I can record video from my TV for about 20 seconds. At that point the whole system freezes such that even task manager can't shut it off. The only way out is a hard system shut down and then start all over. I have reinstalled all the drivers many times. I even tried switch the WDM driver to the old 1.08 version which supposedly solves some of these issues but still got the same results. ASUS tech is of no help. I'm facing either chucking the new card into the trash and getting an ATI all-in-wonder or hopefully someone out there has some answers. As a side note the 20 seconds of video I can record fails to record the audio..........go figure.

Any suggestions appreciated.............Jeff
