Problems with Arcserve 2000 and Exchange 2000

Hi,

I'm running Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP3 DC. Arcserve 2000 running on normal Windows 2000 SP3 server.
Configured the database agent for Exchange, working fine for bricklevel backup. Keep getting errors in job log, access denied to backup mailboxes and I can't expand the Exchange Server Icon on the backup server, bricklevel I can do fine. I need some help urgently, driving me mad, everything is running same service pack level etc.
