Problems with adding New Users

After a new user is created by the administrator, the folder is not being created in Docs & Settings and when new user logs on the following message appears: "Windows can not log you on as the profile can not be loaded. Unable to find specified file."

Any idea what is going on?

Have you loaded the latest service pack for Windows 2000? I believe this was a problem that had a fix.
